Scorpius Marine LLC will attend to investigate the cause of an accident, the extent of the damage, and possible mitigation.  Since each accident is different in nature, our involvement varies from case to case, depending on the client’s requirements.  

During accident investigations, our master mariners and marine engineers provide independent opinion and expert advice to the P&I Clubs, admiralty lawyers and ship owners / operators. 

We use ABS Incident Investigation Model: MaRCT to determine findings and recommendations
